By actively encouraging and maintaining a positive online reputation, we not only assist customers in their decision-making process but also establish trust and credibility, ultimately strengthening our brand's appeal in the market.
DISCOVERY
WHAT ARE OUR COMPETITORS DOING?
I analyzed several competitors to see how they integrated the G2, TrustRadius, or Gartner Peer insights widget on their site.
The different aspects I focused on was:
-
Placement of the widget
-
Customization of the widget to match the brand
-
Content in the widget
OPPORTUNITIES
-
Include a date of the reviews collected to help establish relevance
-
Give context to who wrote the review by providing industry and company size
DISCOVERY
WHERE SHOULD IT GO?
The widget should be incorporated before or after customer story component toward the bottom of the page of our home page and product pages. In addition to widget we can provide links to our peer review sites in the footer.
WHY?
Including the widget near the customer story component strengthen the reviews credibility and also gives our prospect customers additional info on how the product can help them.
Including the links in the footer will ensure that our review site is accessible to our users on every page incase they do not visit product pages

DELIVERABLE
ABOUT THE FINAL PRODUCT
The peer review widget pulls from 3 different review sites:
-
Gartner
-
Peer Spot
-
Trust Radius
-
The reviews can be published manually or automatically
-
When reviews are pulled automatically, there is a minimum star rating required in order to be published on the site. Doing so, ensures that have reviews that are transparent but also beneficial to the business
-
The reviews will be updated every 3-6 months to maintain relevancy.
The reviews displays:
-
Date
-
Star rating
-
Snippet
-
Review Source
-
Name, Industry, and/or Company of reviewer. Some information may show only if users consented to it through the third party review site.
NEXT STEPS
WHAT'S NEXT?
Next steps involves :
-
Collecting and analyzing data to construct a comprehensive 90-day analytics report, assessing the performance of the widget and its alignment with our predefined metric goals.
-
Next, I'll distill the findings and insights from the analysis into a clear and concise report.
-
Then I'll effectively communicate the findings to stakeholders, ensuring they are well-informed and equipped to make data-driven decisions that drive the project's success.
